Each forty-five minute service begins with a thorough intake and co-creative process of learning the true roots of your concern, where you are in the process of healing, and what we can expect to shift together. The interview is followed with a process of grounding your energy into the session and an individually created Acupuncture treatment. This is a complete treatment all in itself.
Additional Treatment Options
If you would like to enhance your healing experience, you can add up to three of the following modalities to your Acupuncture session. Some combinations of services will add an additional half hour to your treatment. With your permission, services may be suggested during your treatment if they would enhance your healing results.
Deep Vibrational Sound Healing
This is a beautiful and relaxing addition to your Acupuncture treatment. While Acupuncture unwinds and sedates your physical and emotional concerns, the different energies of the tuning forks deepen this effect by profoundly releasing tension and thoughts. The Tuning Forks are applied to different areas on the body both near your area of concern and along the body channels as necessary. This addition is most appropriate for releasing pain, deepening relaxation, and creating emotional stability.

Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial Sacral is a fantastic addition for any type of musculoskeletal or emotional concern. By adjusting the flow of information from the base of your head (Cranium) to your tail bone (Sacrum) we can lengthen the spine, balance hips and pelvis, unlock tight jaws, unwind ear and facial pain, release shoulder pain and relieve many other issues of concern. This is a hands on treatment performed before, during, and sometimes after the Acupuncture session. This sometimes deep, sometimes subtle energy session will begin and end with a stillpoint, or a period of deep relaxation where your energy has the opportunity to reset, flowing in a manner that is more conducive for health and well being.

Infrared Sauna
I have been using the sauna in conjunction with Acupuncture therapies, and the results have been truly mind blowing. The infrared seems to penetrate deeper into the muscle layer allowing for true release of long held patterns when combined with acupuncture. It also promotes of sense of true relaxation that really needs to be experienced to understand.

Essential Oil Therapy
Using the highest quality Essential Oils available, this treatment allows for deep relaxation into the guided awareness of sacred botanicals. Individual Essential Oils or combinations of oils will be applied to various acupressure points along your body system. Each session begins with an anointing and grounding, a welcome to the space, the treatment, and the sacred present. At the conclusion of the treatment, a specific oil or combination of oils may be suggested to continue the therapeutic effect of the treatment.

Tarot Chakra Spread
Throwing Tarot cards is an ancient form of divination. Many different forms of reading Tarot cards exist, and this spread is focused on pulling seven cards, one for each of your seven main Chakras. The intention is to see more deeply and with more clarity into your body, mind and emotional systems. The layout of the cards allows me more access into insights about your concerns and offers more intuitive treatment options. The Tarot reading will happen before you get on the table, but the information will be used throughout your treatment. The reading may point to other modalities that might benefit your specific health or emotional concerns.
